This is a stunning piece of French designer furniture, is a rare piece by Claude Dalle for Maison Roméo coffee table, is from the 1970s.
This specific model is highly sought after by Hollywood Regency and Mid-Century Modern collectors. It features a patinated bronze stalking panther resting on a rich burr wood (often amboyna or walnut burl) or lacquered wood base, typically supporting a thick bevelled glass top.
A Masterpiece of 20th-Century, this French Luxurious and rare coffee table designed by the legendary Claude Dalle for Maison Roméo, Paris. Known for furnishing the most prestigious international luxury apartments and palaces, Dalle’s work defines the "French Touch" of the 1970s and 80s.
This statement piece features a powerful, detailed sculpture of a stalking panther in a deep patinated bronze finish. The panther is mounted on a beautiful burr wood pedestal with a high-gloss finish, showcasing intricate natural grain patterns.
The design is elevated—literally—by architectural acrylic supports that hold the original thick, bevelled-edge glass top, creating a "floating" effect that ensures the sculpture remains the focal point of the room.

Our main Depot is located in Montpellier in the South of France. The majority of our stock will be shipped from this location.
For small Items weighing less than 20kg and girth 180cm(W+Hx2), this is around 50x30x40cm box.
Delivery 7-14 days dependant on your location.

Bulky items to UK and EU
These items will be shipped with our own transport partners who operate in-between UK-France-Spain. We aim to send these items in 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, however the delivery times will be vary.

Bulky Items - Overseas Shipping
We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our freight forwarding partners.
When all cost have been agreed we will organise packaging, and crating if required. The shipment will then be delivered to our Freight forwarding partners in the UK, and booked on to the next sailing.
Sailings can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination.
If you do not have a customs broker to organise customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist with this.
These overseas deliveries can take between 4-8 weeks.
Insurance
For any shipments where you have paid an extra insurance fee, in the unfortunate event of any damage in transit. All damages must be reported to the end destination courier and us straight away in order that we can start the claims process.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to arrange return and refund.
Returns should be in the original package as received
Items must be returned in their "as sold" condition.
The purchaser should communicate with the relevant shipping company that it is a return shipment, and cover all costs.
